During this current lockdown we have suspended our Click & Collect Service. Apologies for any inconvenience and we hope to be up and running again soon. We are offering free local delivery within 5 miles, see below for details.

Please note during busy times delivery times may be longer due to the pressure on our shipping partners. 

Free Local Delivery within 5 miles during the current lockdown FREE to anyone within a 5 mile radius from our shop at 185 Bath Road, Cheltenham GL53 7LY Contactless delivery within 3 working days. Please note this service will not be offered if you pay by Accelerated Checkout eg Paypal Express Checkout. (This is because at the point of payment we do not have your address so our system cannot see if you live within 5 miles). Please use normal check out (you can still use regular Paypal,or debit/credit card)

We are currently only able to offer delivery to UK addresses through our website. For International Shipping please call us on 01242 581000 or email info@emporiumgiftshop.co.uk with details of what you would like to order and we can quote you for International delivery.

  1. We use Royal Mail, My Hermes and DPD for UK deliveries.
  2. As a small independent retailer, we do not have access to heavily discounted shipping rates. We do not make a profit on postage and packing but simply charge the cost to us for shipping and packing materials.
  3. For Standard delivery [including free postage deliveries], our aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 2 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 3 to 6 working days from the date it was despatched. This may not always be possible depending on the time of year, or volume of orders on our system, so if you do not receive a dispatch notification within 3 working days, please contact us directly.
  4. For Next Day Delivery an order placed by 12.00pm Monday - Thursday will be shipped on the same day by Royal Mail Tracked 24hr for delivery the next day. Orders placed by 12.00pm on a Friday will be shipped that day for delivery the following Monday (excl. Bank Holidays).  Orders placed after 12.00pm on a Friday on a Next Day delivery service will be shipped on the following Monday (excl. Bank Holidays)
  5. Customers who have a registered email with us will receive a dispatch notification by email once their order has been shipped.
  6. We will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for despatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.

  8. If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
  9. Highlands and Islands orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.  If these charges are not applied at the time of placing your order, this will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
  10. Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.  This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
