Delivery within 3 – 6 working days.

Please note during busy times or bad weather delivery times may be longer due to the pressure on our shipping partners.

Click & Collect FREE

Click & Collect is available from our shop after 10am the next working day after your order. You will receive an email from us when your order is ready.

We are currently only able to offer delivery to UK addresses through our website. For International Shipping please call us on 01242 581000 or email info@emporiumgiftshop.co.uk with details of what you would like to order and we can quote you for International delivery.

  1. We use Royal Mail, My Hermes and DPD for UK deliveries.
  2. As a small independent retailer, we do not have access to heavily discounted shipping rates. We do not make a profit on postage and packing but simply charge the cost to us for shipping and packing materials.
  3. For Standard delivery [including free postage deliveries], our aim is to prepare your order and despatch it within 2 working days [Monday to Friday excl. bank holidays], which means that you receive your order within 3 to 6 working days from the date it was dispatched. This may not always be possible depending on the time of year, or volume of orders on our system, so if you do not receive a dispatch notification within 3 working days, please contact us directly.
  4. Customers who have a registered email with us will receive a dispatch notification by email once their order has been shipped.
  5. We will use all reasonable endeavour to ensure these times are met, but cannot be held responsible for dispatched parcels delayed by third parties, for example due to poor weather conditions.
  6. If you do not receive your order within 6 working days from the date of dispatch, please contact us on 01242 581000 or email us at  info@emporiumgiftshop.co.uk
  7. If your order is returned to us due to several failed delivery attempts, non-collection or an insufficient/incorrect address, we cannot refund any shipping costs.
  8. Highlands and Islands orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.  If these charges are not applied at the time of placing your order, this will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
  9. Large volume orders may be subject to additional shipping charges.  This will be discussed with you prior to your order being dispatched.
